Fleur Elise Bkln’s Floral Design workshops offer organizations and companies a way to (re)connect their teams through hands on activities that are low-stress and have beautiful results.

Our CALM, CREATIVE, COLLABORATIVE workshops give teams a chance to work together in a new way, learn new skills and bond on a very human level.

If you’ve tried all kinds of “team building experiences” this one is likely to take your staff by pleasant surprise.  Just about everyone has a flower or two they are familiar with, so this workshop is already comfortable.

With a focus on design principles (both eastern and western) and very few “rules”, our classes open up people’s creativity. The workshop is designed to encourage observation, support and constructive criticism. Your team finds out new things about their peers and subtly learn the skills of give and take.

To make it all an even more positive experience, your team gets to bring back flower arrangements to their desks or their home. When working together in the same space, we create a collaborative arrangement at the end of class, resulting in a beautiful bouquet that can grace your lobby or main desk. This often results in compliments to you and your team and a happier environment for everyone.

While we are figuring out hybrid working, Fleur Elise’ gatherings help connect people even - especially - while working from home. Fleur Elise Bkln students always talk about what a calming and encouraging experience they have in class - whether online or in-person. Participants can easily obtain their own materials or Fleur Elise can provide them.

We believe that Floral Design is truly a life skill. With a few “tricks of the trade” and design tips everyone can continue to make beautiful arrangements for home and office.
